Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Route Wars account even if the native app is no longer installed. Never send us your password, recovery code, or precise location.
Delete it yourself on the web
Open the Route Wars web app, sign in with your callsign and password, open Account, and choose Delete account. This removes the account and its associated game data immediately.
Request deletion without signing in
Email privacy [at] rtwrs [dot] com, preferably from the recovery email attached to the account. Include your callsign and clearly ask us to delete your Route Wars account and associated data. We may contact you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the player profile and callsign, sessions, recovery details, chat phrases, city requests, trading orders, loans, active and completed runs, scores, inventory, and other game progress associated with the account. We will confirm completion after a support-assisted request has been verified and processed.
